easy fix: change instructions so it says double click anywhere on the map

hard fix: change the google maps listener so that it does something on single click and/or drag

I think rather than double click it's actually whatever country is in the middle that changes the news.

At the moment it says 'Click anywhere on the map for news in your region', when actually it's more like 'Center a country for news on that region'.

Adding to that, I can now see that the dragend map listener is also enabled, but without a marker it's quite difficult to know thats whats happening

I'll adjust the app instructions to make it clear that the user needs to centre the map to gain information for that region, rather than clicking 'anywhere' on the map.
