Git flow not perfect

There are still some commits not related to issues and I think not enough commits in general (one commit per part of a feature, not one commit per PR), but I think you all know where the issues are so I won't go on about it.

Noted. I thought we did note issues for most things so I'll double check on that. Commits on a more regular basis is a very fair point and will see that we concentrate on this for the next project.
