001B Script Initialisation

The Header Template

Very Important. It is encouraged that you start every script of your own with the following lines. These lines loads all the built-in as in your GUI.

• show version
• call "$ICMHOME/_macro"
• read library

It will then print the following

Loading modules.. _macro _bioinfo _cheminfo _rebel _ligedit _docking

And maybe this too.

• call _startup
• l_commands=no
• errorAction="exit"
• maxMemory = 8000 - This specify the max RAM capacity that ICM can consume
• root_folder=Path() - Current folder
