Example: Homology Modelling of MT1
Situation
In this example we will unfuse MT1 to its unitprot sequence (https://www.uniprot.org/uniprot/P48039#sequences). We start with a fused pdb called "OPTSUBJECT.pdb" This pdb has multiple subtleties:
It is half baked from a unfinished PHENIX output. It contains multiple mis-labelled chains.
IT contains ligand and water.
We will follow the ICM User Guide to make a homology model.
