Replaces the previous export/saveEntriesFn split with a stricly more general function such that exportEntriesFn could be deprecated at a later point. Also gives the new function access to the Environment while we're at it. Also gives getModuleEntries access to more olean levels in preparation for meta import.

Mostly conceptual questions and invitations to expand the docstrings even more.

module system without `import all`, `OLeanLevel.exported` is imported, else `OLeanLevel.private`.
Additionally, when using the module system in the language server, the `OLeanLevel.server` data is
accessible via `getModuleEntries (level := .server)`. Each level should include all data of
previous levels.

Maybe say something like ”This function is run after elaborating the file and joining all asynchronous threads. It is run once for each level.”

The “should” is an obligation for the user-defined function and not checked, right?

And it is absolutely fine to return completely different entries, as long as they ”include” the lower levels in some extension-specific semantic way, right? It doesn't have to be a sublist?

Correct, in the end only the extension itself touches the different levels and can do with them whatever it wants.

Returns the data saved by `ext.exportEntriesFn` when `m` was elaborated. See docs on the function for
details. When using the module system, `level` can be used to select the level of data to retrieve,
but is limited to the maximum level actually imported: `exported` on the cmdline and `server` in the
language server. Higher levels will return the data of the maximum imported level.

Maybe more robust to error if the level is too high?

Mention that outside the module system, private is used?

Better panic than sorry, yeah.

As private is not an option here, I feel like it would be confusing to mention it.

But what do I now do instead of this test 🤔 ?

assert! (← findDeclarationRanges? ``f).isNone

* fix(Shake): fix import syntax

@Kha this is deliberately using this approach because syntax quotations
are also not robust but for a different reason: they fail to parse the
new versions of the syntax (and do so at run time). And using all the
optional doohickeys will not be future proof. The current setup is
explicitly meant to ping me when there is a syntax change so I can
evaluate the right way to handle it. In this case we want all the
module options to be ignored (treated the same as a regular import
for the purpose of dependency tracking), we don't want to fail.

This reverts commit cd87328.

* fix(Shake): fix import syntax
