Uploaded GEDCOM files were landing in storage/app/private/livewire-tmp (Livewire's temp dir) instead of gedcom-form-imports, and jobs could be dispatched against missing files or fail silently without updating the ImportJob record.

Changes

`CreateGedcom::afterCreate()`

livewire-tmp recovery: if the stored path starts with livewire-tmp/, the file is moved to gedcom-form-imports/ on the private disk and the Gedcom record's filename is updated before job dispatch
File existence guard: abort with a danger notification and log entry if the file doesn't exist on disk—prevents dispatching a job that immediately fails with a cryptic error

`ImportGedcom` / `ImportGrampsXml` jobs

Added failed(?Throwable $exception): void to both jobs. The inner try/catch already handles parser errors, but queue-worker crashes, serialisation failures, or max-attempts exhaustion previously left ImportJob rows stuck in queue/processing forever. failed() ensures the record always transitions to status='failed' with error_message populated and logs to laravel.log.

Tests

Existing afterCreate tests updated to place files in the fake disk (required by the new existence check)
New: test_after_create_moves_file_from_livewire_tmp_and_dispatches_job — asserts the move, record update, and job dispatch
New: test_after_create_does_not_dispatch_when_file_not_found_on_disk — asserts graceful abort with no job pushed
