This introduces the tests to verify the functionality of the `GetDeviceId` and `GetBootLog` rescue commands. The `get_device_id_test` verifies the retrieved DeviceId against OTP configuration; `get_boot_log_test` validates some BootLog fields against the ROM_EXT manifest.
