There were some issues with the classes TSV file that made review a problem - it wouldn't display on GitHub. I fixed them (i.e., adding double double quotes) and then added a linting script to make sure we don't merge any other PRs that make the TSVs invalid.
This PR also reformats the README, updates my affiliation, and fixes a typo in the link to Chris's GitHub handle
