Phantasy Star Retranslation v2.5

This is a minor update from last year with some small enhancements.

Changelog:

• Options menu is now available in-game (#100)
• Support for Mega Drive controllers (#113)
• Half battles mode now applies to the overworld as well as dungeons (#116)
• German:
  • HP and MP were the wrong way around in the status window
• Catalan:
  • Many linguistic fixes from RetroAND
• French, Spanish, Catalan, Brazilian Portuguese:
  • Re-pluralise Mesetas
