Summary

Workflows now support GitLab repositories for push-based triggers and automerge. This PR updates the documentation to reflect that change.

• Updated the workflows page to note GitLab support for push triggers, automerge, and repository permissions
• Updated the configure automerge guide with a GitLab section explaining prerequisites and verification

Workflows now trigger on GitLab merge request merges, handle MR close/merge lifecycle events, and can auto-merge GitLab merge requests using the configured access token.
