Docs: Claude Desktop App does not support dynamic resources.

Motivation and Context

Saying that Claude Desktop has "Full support for all MCP features" is not accurate when it does not support dynamic resources.

I think it should be pointed out to prevent developers thinking something is wrong on their end and spending time trying to debug this behaviour.
