I was thinking about a similar clarification for other MCP features, since there are other important consequences to this misleading statement that people have stumbled over (like the Claude app also not supporting tool list update notifications, no SSE support, etc.)

Maybe there is a way to add a more granular support matrix to this page for the official client?

Of course putting a few callouts in Notes here is a lot better than nothing, which could get factored out into a separate table later.
