Update OMIM gene references.

@sabrinatoro I fixed a few of the failing QC issues, but there are some that will need further review.

removed some gene association and reviewed some logical definitions

Note that according to [OMIM:620323](https://omim.org/entry/620323), the association of MARS1 to MONDO:0018422 is correct. I reinstated the annotation.

@twhetzel I reviewed the QC failures, and hopefully this PR will not pass QC.
I am approving it, and it can be merged once the QC have passed (assuming they pass).

Please note that according to OMIM:620323, the association of MARS1 with MONDO:0018422 is correct. I reinstated the annotation. It is possible that the information you have in your file versus the one on the website is asynchronous. If it is, I expect that more information will be available on the website next month. Therefore, I reinstated this OMIM x-ref for now, and left this potential issue for future us.
