@katiermullen based on the existing MONDO:equivalentTo mapping to ICD10CM:I00-I99(Diseases of the circulatory system) on MONDO:0005385 'vascular disorder' our addition of MONDO:equivalentTo ICD10CM:I00-I99 mapping on MONDO:0004995 'cardiovascular disorder' (a parent of MONDO:0005385), has caused a proxy merge. Do you agree with the MONDO:equivalentTo ICD10CM:I00-I99 mapping on MONDO:0005385 'vascular disorder'? |

@twhetzel Thank you for pointing this out. I think that ICD10CM:I00-I99(Diseases of the circulatory system) is broader than MONDO:0004995 'cardiovascular disorder' because MONDO:0004995 'cardiovascular disorder' does not contain diseases of lymphatic vessels and lymph nodes as ICD10CM:I00-I99(Diseases of the circulatory system) does (see Uberon below for reference of how these things are all classified under circulatory system). Thus, I think there should be a MONDO:mondoIsNarrowerThanSource non-equivalent x-ref on the ICD10CM:I00-I99(Diseases of the circulatory system) to MONDO:0004995 'cardiovascular disorder' mapping. If the MONDO to ICD10CM:I00-I99 mapping on MONDO:0005385 'vascular disorder' is retained it should also be MONDO:mondoIsNarrowerThanSource non-equivalent x-ref to ICD10CM:I00-I99. Note: ICD 10 does not have an exact match to vascular disorder that I can find because it splits artery and vein disorders.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have more questions. |

Since @katiermullen already reviewed, I only reviewed the cases where there were 2 icd11 code that were equivalent to the same Mondo ID.
I added a "MONDO:preferredExternal" where appropriate, and updated one source from MONDO:equivalentTo to MONDO:mondoIsNarrowerThanSource
This PR can be merged after QCs from these updates have passed

As requested by BDC, here are some additional Mondo to ICD10/ICD11 mappings based on this gSheet created by me and reviewed by @katiermullen, who provided additional updated content.
