Update metadata chart assets and generator - #27

Regenerate Plotly-based metadata chart assets and update the chart generator. Added docs/assets/metadata_coremeta4cat_overview.html, removed docs/assets/metadata_collapsed_charts_all_sheets.html, and updated several hierarchy assets (metadata_characterization_hierarchy.html, metadata_reaction_hierarchy.html, metadata_simulation_hierarchy.html, metadata_synthesis_hierarchy.html). Also updated docs/index.md and scripts/generate_charts.py to reflect the regenerated charts (updated plot div ids and script tags).
