Thank you @kabilar, would you mind taking a look also if/where BIDS would fit in https://ngff.openmicroscopy.org/resources/tools/index.html? We will take a look at the rest ASAP to make sure we get it consistently on the website. Let us know of the BIDS support in the future — exciting! |

Its looking like BIDS will support OME-Zarr in the near future, so I am drafting this pull request in anticipation of this support.
