Round 1: Work with links and paths

• Lots of link fixes to the external resources (from those which were outdated or not accessible anymore)
• Many mistakes were fixed like invalid paths after moving to docusaurus, other typos (funcions, funtions)
• A lot of internal links have been changed from absolute to relative paths, also reviewed all "bloated" relative paths
• Tons of tweaks to internal links between articles (remove .md where it was not needed etc)
• Fixed some missed .md extension for the actual files in a few localizations
• Changed http to https in all links where it's possible

Other fixes and corrections:

• More proper formatting of some markdown tables
• Remove some TH translation articles which were not translated at all (?!), being just an outdated copy of English translations
• Fixes for typo mistakes between the pages with "descripion" (-> "description")
• Add missed reason parameter for a few examples which contain OnPlayerDisconnect callback
• Fixes for disconnection reasons in OnPlayerDisconnect: there's no type 3 and 4
• Tweaks for GetTickCount and tickcount articles: removed the note about their OS specific behavior since it's currently fixed
