[WIP] [periodic] update the peribolos periodics to remove the openshift-priv org on runtime

The openshift-priv org will soon be managed by Cyborg, but we can’t remove it from our Peribolos configuration today without breaking other automation.

With this PR, we use yq eval 'del(.orgs.openshift-priv)' to strip openshift-priv out of the org config before Peribolos runs.
