Obtaining

Crafting

The only method of obtaining the Witherheart Scepter is by crafting. This weapon can be crafted with 1 blaze rod, 1 nether star, 1 block of netherite, 2 wither roses, and 2 wither skulls.

Usage

Attacking

Damaging mobs with the Witherheart Scepter deals 9 (4.5 ) damage.

Sharpness

Enchanting the weapon with the Sharpness enchantment makes the Witherheart Scepter deal an extra 0.9 (0.45 ) damage for every level due to the 10% increase for each level of the enchantment. Below is a table of the total damage for each Sharpness level.

Level I Level II Level III Level IV Level V
9.9 (4.95 ) 10.8 (5.4 ) 11.7 (5.85 ) 12.6 (6.3 ) 13.5 (6.75 )

Wither Skulls

Note

The damage numbers can vary based on the difficulty of the game

Players can use the Witherheart Scepter to shoot wither skulls at mobs, which will always deal 8 (4 ) damage.

By default, a black wither skull is shot. But, if the player waits for 2 seconds, a blue wither skull will be shot instead.

This ability can be used every 0.5 seconds.

Wither Explosion

Note

The damage numbers of the explosion will vary based on the difficulty of the game

The second ability of the Witherheart Scepter is called the Wither Explosion. This ability, by default, will deal 71 (35.5 ) damage in an explosion at the user's location. The explosion power is 5, which is similar to that of a bed or respawn anchor being used in the wrong dimension.

All mobs in a 10-block radius will be inflicted with Wither II for 12 seconds, and the user will be inflicted with Resistance 255 for 1 second so that they can endure the explosion itself.

Wither Explosion has a 45-second cooldown. The explosion can be blocked, but the Wither effect cannot.
