Keep CLAUDE.md and PCD-Terraform-Provider-Validation-Status.md as local, untracked working-directory docs — never committed. This only adds the ignore rules; the files themselves live in the working directory on the developer's machine.

Keeps two docs as local, untracked working-directory files (on the developer's machine, never committed), and adds
.gitignorerules so they can't be accidentally staged:CLAUDE.md— repo guidance for Claude Code / humans (provider layout, key docs index, conventions, framework gotchas).PCD-Terraform-Provider-Validation-Status.md— the comprehensive live acceptance-test validation record.The only tracked change is the two
