Mark info aliases as deprecated

We will be able to mark these aliases as deprecated only after downstream
providers have been migrated to reference these info types directly.

This is a prerequisite to removing our tfgen dependency from provider binaries.

This is a prerequisite to removing our tfgen dependency from provider binaries.

I don't understand why moving off of the pkg/tfbridge.*Info aliases will help with that.
