Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • Remove support for Python 3.9 and 3.10
  • Require pyfar>=0.8.0 which introduced the air attention function

Require pyfar >= 0.8.0 for the implementations of air attenuation

I would also update all tests that are currently running only on python 3.13 to 3.14

I agree with hoyer-a on updateing all tests to 3.14 if they use 3.13 atm
