The release scripts only need to handle macOS installers for Python 3.13+. We can remove code for older versions.

Here are the last versions that used each one:

Version Date Name Description
Python 2.7.14 2017-09-16 Mac OS X 32-bit i386/PPC installer for Mac OS X 10.5 and later
Python 3.7.0a4 2018-01-09 Mac OS X 64-bit/32-bit installer for Mac OS X 10.6 and later
Python 3.9.13 2022-05-17 macOS 64-bit Intel-only installer for macOS 10.9 and later, deprecated
