Replaces the GALACTIC/FOXY/HUMBLE/IRON conditional with the CV_BRDIGE_HAS_HPP definition driven by cv_bridge_VERSION >= 3.3.0, matching the pattern already used in realsense2_camera. The distro macros were never defined for realsense2_rgbd_plugin, so the previous guard always selected cv_bridge.hpp regardless of distro. Also applies the same include guard to ros_image_texture.cpp, which was still using the deprecated cv_bridge.h header unconditionally. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Iron is EOL upstream; remove it from the CI build matrix and the include block, and update the test-install step name accordingly. Code paths gated on IRON are left in place — they are part of multi-distro conditionals (humble/jazzy/etc.) and removing iron from CI leaves no dead branches.
