Working on testing Pulumi script

Since the AWS user group are made I am opening the PR to draft for future work.

Hi @PallaviChitrada10,

Me and Shlok, have completed the initial testing of the Pulumi script from our side.

The project loads correctly, all required configuration variables have been identified, and the preview evaluation works end-to-end up to the point where AWS credentials are required. We have also applied for the necessary VPC access so we can proceed with the full deployment testing once access is granted.

Before I finalize the report, could you please confirm the preferred format for the documentation?
Will a README-style document inside the Pulumi folder work?
Please let me know if there is any format the team prefers

Once I have the format preference, I will finalize and attach the full documentation.

I am not quite familiar with Pulimi IaC. I would like your documentation to follow a step-by-step process that even a beginner can understand. We have a lot of PMs and BAs who would refer to this section. You can have a README file.

There is also https://github.com/saayam-for-all/database/blob/issue_43/rds-terraform/pulumi/Pulumi.dev.yaml file. I want to understand why you created a new one, and if they are needed, make sure that if you are changing anything, fork this branch in your newly created branch and make changes there.

We are not following the issue per branch, rather the person per issue branch. name_issueid_issedecp

I hope we can have this ready, and once you are, please commit it to the test branch. We go from test -> dev -> main.
