Code Review

This pull request refactors the split component (SiSplitComponent and SiSplitPartComponent) to use Angular's modern output() function instead of the legacy @output() decorator and EventEmitter, which aligns with the repository's style guide. The corresponding API golden file has also been updated to reflect these changes. I have no feedback to provide as the changes are correct and follow best practices.

Important

The consumer version of Gemini Code Assist on GitHub is being sunset. Starting June 18, 2026, new organization installations will be blocked, and all code review activity will officially cease on July 17, 2026.
For more details on the timeline and next steps, please review the Help Documentation.
