SHAKE128 and Keccak sponges are passing test vectors.

@armfazh omg thank you so much this is really useful! In case you also wanted to finish the PR and complete also the actual sigma protocols test vectors, I think the only difference is in the protocol id definition. |

Both SHAKE128 and Keccak duplex sponges are passing test vectors.
This updates the duplexSpongeVectors.json file to match with the one at the spec repo.
This requires to update also the Sigma proofs vectors.
