- Treat null as absent for limit_remaining validation - Add test case for OpenRouter free-tier response (limit_remaining: null) - Fixes issue slkiser#244
- The v4 grouped-entry shape is kind value with a formatted USD amount, not the legacy top-level spend fields the expectation described - Full suite green in docker node:22 (2178 tests)
