Go to Services -> DynDNS and create new entries:

Service type: Custom or Custom (v6)
HTTP API SSL/TLS Options: Verify SSL/TLS Certificate Trust (recommended)
Update URL: https://dyn.example.org/v1/?key=<key>&ip=%IP%

If you want to have IPv4 and IPv6, two separate entries need to be created.
