About The Pull Request
Improved welder sprites. aka: added more fire.
Mainly replaced the inhands, item sprite is literally just bigga fire.
Also made it emissive
Unrelated but minor fix: Cigarettes are no longer emissive when not lit
Why It's Good For The Game
Better visual clarity, hopefully looks alright as well.
