About The Pull Request

Decrease zombie spawnrate

Why It's Good For The Game

Previously the game was balanced around spawners hitting the maxcap quickly, and defenders were only spawned in waves because the spawner was 9/10 times capped as the zombies were elsewhere roaming the map, with it being uncapped when threatened removes that problem, the spawnrate regardless is too high zombie losses are replenished easily which allows a sentient to constantly throw waves at humans without thought
