Camera: Aosu_C5L
2K Security Camera Outdoor/Home, 360°Pan-Tilt View 2.4G WiFi Security Camera, IP66 rating, 16MB flash-memory
Also seen listed as Aosu CL5 / Dekco DCL5; these appear to be rebranded versions of identical hardware.
There are four Phillips screws recessed in the back, bottom of the camera bulb. Remove the four screws and the two halves of the bulb shell will come apart to reveal the PCB.
The serial (UART) pins are clearly marked, to the top-left side of the Ingenic chip.
As of July 2025, Amazon is shipping the T23N version with the MOBCSI Q35343U100 WiFi module. The firmware is currently under development.

T23 version Main Board:

The T31 version comprises T31L, SC3336, RTL8188FTV, 16MB. Here is the current T31L firmware. Currently, the installation of Thingino firmware requires camera disassembly along with putting the firmware on an SD card and using the flash glitch (shorting pin 5+6) method, or doing programming inplace with a CH341A device..
FOR THE V3 version of the T31 motherboard, the 8-pin chip to the right of the T31 (labelled "U15") IS NOT the memory chip (it's actually the audio amplifier ...the big hint being the speaker plug/socket right next to it), so do not short pins 5 & 6 of this chip when trying to flash new firmware.

The actual memory chip (labelled "U7") is on the other side of the PCB next to the lens, meaning you have to unscrew the four corner, black-headed screws (but not the two in the middle which hold the lens assembly) and take the board out of the housing shell to be able to program it (to prevent damage, you should temporarily remove your SD-card before trying to wrangle the board out of the housing ...but don't forget to replace it before beginning the flash process). This all means that the programming procedure becomes even more finicky, as you now need to hold the board still while holding your screwdriver across pins 5 & 6 of U7, while also toggling power. Or train your pet octopus.

Note that the labelling on the chip show it to be a 128Mb (16MB) 3v3 part.
