Review of this PR has to wait until autowarefoundation/autoware_universe#10300 is included in Pilot.Auto-x2. I have been trying various ways of getting Pilot.Auto-x2 to run with a version of universe that contains the PR but ultimately could not get it to run. |

This PR adds the cuda acceleration to x2gen2's launchers.
By default the acceleration is off and it is functionally the same as before this PR
Notes for reviewers:
Testing random bags with the latest mujirushi + gen2 specific repos did not work me (some parameters in the driver probably are different) and had to launch the latest release for nebula and the main branch for everything else
