…ages I noticed the css and js of bootstrap are out of sync - so I wanted them to just be loaded in the same way. I also found (or AI helped me) a path to migrate most of things to native Javascript but it was way too many changes to do in one go (opendataphilly/opendataphilly-jkan#725) This is a part of that (the easy part) just broken out first. Also drop the Show more option which AFAICT is broken.
