Welcome to the documentation for the aerosols scripts used in the Shields group to investigate atmospheric aerosol prenucleation clusters. Details of the theory and methodology can be found in Odbadrakh et al. JoVE, 2020, e60964.
The aerosols scripts assume that the user has access to a Linux command line interface to a high-performance computing cluster (HPC). Specific notes for MERCURY users are provided here.
