shinysession$session is deprecated, just use shinysession$.
Makes it possible to specify some of the columns to to be readOnly, rather than all of them.

Fixed one deprecated function call and added an argument to the ui element allowing for read-only columns, instead of having to read-only the entire table. Handy for strict data entry!
