Document sentence-case usage for trellis in
AGENTS.md: lowercase in running text, withTrellisat sentence starts and in document titles. Align the README title and onboarding copy.Clarify that changelog fragments are required only for user-facing product changes, not documentation, tests, CI, infrastructure, or internal maintenance alone.
