I'm not sure we actually want this; when I tested it on my machine it didn't complain I didn't have enough memory, but it did get apparently stuck for 45 minutes or more on a samtools command. Unfortunately I can't afford to debug that right now. |

This lets us limit the bam splitting memory so that hopefully I can run
giraffe.wdlthrough on my laptop.
