Description

Pulled against main for cleaner diff, but is an extension of newton-physics#223 and is intended to be merged with it. This PR adds functionality for newton to model spatial tendons via mjwarp and focuses on importing physx spatial tendons via USD. The last 6 commits being the most relevant for this review.

- Use 'key' instead of 'name' for method parameters and attributes
- Rename tendon actuator gains: kp→ke, kv→kd (matching joint convention)
