Astro 6.4 dropped Node 20 support (engines.node '>=22.12.0'), so the Cloudflare Pages 'wails-v3-site' docs build fails once astro resolves to 6.4.x. Pin the docs build root to Node 22.12.0 so it (and future astro bumps, e.g. #5641) build cleanly.
astro 6.4.8 requires @astrojs/markdown-remark 7.2.0, but @astrojs/starlight 0.38.4 pins markdown-remark ^7.0.0 (deduped to 7.1.1), so astro's build fails with 'does not provide an export named unified'. Keep docs on astro 6.1.10 here; the astro 6.4 + starlight 0.40 upgrade will be done in a dedicated PR. The other 16 directories' security updates are unaffected.

Approving the grouped security updates. Dropped the docs astro 6.4.8 bump here (incompatible with the pinned starlight 0.38.4 — markdown-remark 7.1.1 vs the 7.2.0 astro needs); docs stays on 6.1.10. The astro 6.4 + starlight 0.40 upgrade will be a dedicated PR. Cloudflare docs build is green; remaining 16 directories' updates are unaffected.
