Also removed TryingIT -- it didn't look useful.
GeneralTriggerIT and GitHubTriggersV2IT needs fixing -- the way the tests wait for repository refresh processes doesn't work when running in parallel.
Some issues running unit tests in runtime-v2 too.
Some tests are probably initializing Wiremock in a wrong way.
