[Bug]: Wallpaper Presets are not recognized as Wallpapers

Summary

Wallpaper Presets such as 3400235423, 3447706554, and 3407047954 are not appearing in the Wallpaper section of the app, despite other Wallpapers subscribed to afterwards appearing.

Other Scene type Wallpapers such as 3492267161 still work, as well as the original Wallpaper 3122339805 that the 3 other Wallpapers are a preset of still work.

Reproduction

1. Subscribe to Preset 3400235423 along with the original of 3122339805
2. Re-scan Workshop Wallpapers and see that the original is detected, but the preset is not.
