[Bug]: Rendering masking broken (post-shader-fix)

### Summary

Shader compilation is now fixed (v0.2.9), but the effect rendering is incorrect. Green Hatching effect lines now compile and render, but appear screen-wide instead of clipped to their bubble geometry
Purple bubbles correctly prevent the effect from rendering on top (suggests layer ordering works)
Expected: Lines only visible inside green bubble bounds
Actual: Lines visible everywhere except purple areas
