Shape keys to Morph Targets

The shape keys need to use a driver linked to a bone property in the armature to be detected in the animation.

Additionally, since the shape keys are part of the mesh, the mesh needs to be exported with the skeletal animations.
Keep the option "Export animation without mesh" disabled in the export settings.

If you want to reduce the export and import time you can use a dummy mesh like a plane with only the shape keys.
