Add Warm Burnout theme extension

Adds Warm Burnout -- a fully warm palette theme with dark and light variants.

• WCAG AAA contrast on every dark token, AA on every light token
• Minimal blue-spectrum emission
• Three-tier font style system (bold keywords, italic types, italic comments)
• Tree-sitter syntax mapping with 30+ token categories
• Terminal ANSI colors included

Updated the theme with v0.1.3 changes:

• Accent color changed from pure red to copper rust (#b8522e) for better palette cohesion
• Selection color changed from blue to steel patina (#8aa8b8) to remove decorative blues

The extension repo reference points to main, so these changes are already reflected.
