* Because of some changes in the default behavior of cookie-handling on the test client in Flask v3 and Werkzeug v2.3, we need to explicitly set the domain `127.0.0.` in config and auth calls.

rspack: implement alternative WebpackBundleProject for rspack
* rspack provides a "--mode" flag which replaces "NODE_ENV"
* rspack does not support the "--progress" flag
* since v1.2.0, "rspack --watch" ignores "node_modules" by default which
we don't want
* bump minimum version of `Flask-WebpackExt` for the passed kwargs
