Update @azure/communication-react to 1.19.0 and react to 18.3.1 #184

What

  • Update @azure/communication-react to 1.19.0 and react to 18.3.1
  • Replace enzyme with react-testing-library since it is not supported by React 18
  • Add resolver to jest config

Why

Doing this to include many new features of the call with chat composite of @azure/communication-react to the virtual visit sample provided by Azure Portal extension.

How Tested

Run sample app locally and made sure all unit tests are passing.
