multi_arm_sim updates

* Rename objective files to align with objective names .
* Update the "Multi Tip IK Example" to work regardless of current arm
  waypoint.
* Change Open/Close first gripper to just Open/Close Gripper so default
  teleoperate subtree finds the gripper subtrees it looks for.
* Remove duplicated core objectives and align planning group/controller
  naming so core objectives work:
  * Rename multi-arm JTC to default JTC name.
  * Rename "multi_arm_manipulator" planning group to default "manipulator".

Inheriting the core objectives reduces the maintenance burden on this config
