Added a breakpoint to give time to the user to check the octomap in rviz if they want to, then clears it so that it doesn't interfere with other Objectives.
Unfortunately that means we have to disable the Objective in the integration test because it requires user input.
An alternative is to not require user input and clear the octomap right away, but then we don't give time to users to check the octomap has been updated, using rviz or other methods.
