Some of those milestone badges look deceiving, Linux is 100% already!

I feel this readme is still very vague, but definitely an improvement over the current one and should have beend approved months ago. We can do further improvements in other PRs and should merge this asap.

This pull request update the README file. The current version includes the main structure and details about the project. However, there are a few areas that need improvement:
1. Badges Setup: The badges (e.g., build status) need to be defined and properly linked to reflect the current status of the project.2. Feature List & Focus: The "Current Focus and Future Plans" section should be updated with more specific examples and relevant details about the ongoing work, key features, and the project’s roadmap.
3. And also contains additional parts that may be suitable for further development.
